Tourists banned from leaving Luzon; Filipinos abroad allowed in

Filipinos traveling as tourists will not be allowed to leave Luzon during the lockdown, while Filipinos abroad and their families can return to the Philippines.

Cabinet Secretary Karlo Nograles, spokesperson for the government’s coronavirus task force, announced that Filipino tourists are prohibited from leaving the country but permanent residents and foreign family members of Filipinos may enter subject to quarantine measures.
