Filipino domestic worker tests positive for COVID-19 in Kuwait

A Filipino domestic worker in Kuwait has tested positive for COVID-19, becoming the first confirmed case among Filipinos in the country.

The patient reportedly had close contact with someone who recently traveled to the UK and is currently in stable condition.

The Philippine Embassy in Kuwait is monitoring her case and urging all Filipinos in Kuwait to stay at home and follow local health guidelines.

Additionally, a separate bulletin from the Department of Foreign Affairs reported that another Filipino contracted COVID-19 in Macau.
