Filipinas fall 5-1 to South Korea in Asian Games

The Philippine women's football team suffered a 5-1 defeat against South Korea in their second match of the 19th Asian Games on Monday, September 25.

Sarina Bolden scored an early goal for the Philippines but South Korea equalized quickly and dominated the rest of the game with Son Hwayeon scoring a hat-trick.

The loss puts the Filipinas in a precarious position as they need to defeat Myanmar on Thursday to have any chance of advancing to the quarterfinals.
