Fajardo's buzzer-beater seals San Miguel's win over Rain or Shine

June Mar Fajardo scored a buzzer-beating jump shot to secure San Miguel Beer's narrow 113-112 victory over Rain or Shine in an intense game at Ninoy Aquino Stadium on Thursday night.

Fajardo, the eight-time PBA Most Valuable Player, finished with 27 points and 21 rebounds, surpassing Philip Cezar for seventh place in the all-time career rebounding list.

Rain or Shine's first-round pick Aaron Lemetti showed clutch performance, finishing with a season-high 28 points on 7-of-11 shooting, including a crucial four-point play that gave his team a brief lead with three seconds left.

San Miguel import Jordan Adams contributed 41 points along with 6 rebounds and 5 assists, while Rain or Shine's Aaron Fuller had 24 points and 19 boards in the losing effort.
