Cloudy skies, isolated rains to prevail across PH

Most parts of the Philippines will experience cloudy skies and isolated rain showers Wednesday, according to PAGASA.

PAGASA forecasts partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains affecting northern and central Luzon due to the southwest monsoon, while Metro Manila is expected to have fair weather.

Western Mindanao may see rains caused by localized thunderstorms, with Davao and Soccsksargen regions also experiencing rain showers in the afternoon until evening.

In the Visayas, many areas will experience fair weather with humidity at noon and rain showers in the afternoon.

PAGASA does not anticipate any low-pressure area developing this week.
