PAGASA forecasts scattered rain over central Luzon, Western Visayas

PAGASA forecasts scattered rain over central and southern Luzon areas as well as the Western Visayas due to the monsoon trough.

The weather agency warns of possible flash floods or landslides in these regions due to moderate to heavy rainfall.

Metro Manila, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, and parts of the Western Visayas will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms.

Previously, PAGASA had also warned of similar conditions over Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, Zambales, and Bataan on June 10th.

PAGASA issued a thunderstorm advisory for Metro Manila, Bataan, and Batangas, expecting moderate to heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds within the next two hours.
