Enrique Razon leads Manila Water

Ports tycoon Enrique Razon Jr. now leads Manila Water Co., Inc. after his Trident Water Co. Holdings acquired a majority voting interest.

Razon was appointed as director, chairman of the board, president, CEO, and member of the executive committee effective June 3.

Fernando Zobel de Ayala stepped down from his positions as chairman of the board and chairman of the executive committee.

Jaime Augusto Zobel de Ayala also vacated his post as vice chairman and director.
