Razon aims to globalize Manila Water

Prime Infrastructure Holdings Corp., led by Enrique Razon Jr., aims to transform Manila Water into a global water services company.

Razon was elected chair, president, and CEO of Manila Water on June 3 after Trident Water, a subsidiary of Prime Infra, acquired a controlling stake in the company.

The acquisition strengthens Prime Infra's position as the leading bulk water supplier and distribution utility operator in the Philippines, alongside its ongoing Wawa bulk water supply project.
