Duterte orders gov't agencies to adjust timelines amid pandemic

President Duterte signed Administrative Order 30 on April 21, ordering all government offices to adjust deadlines and timelines for various processes due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The order covers filing public documents, tax payments, benefit grants, and scheduled proceedings.

Government agencies are directed to issue guidelines on interrupting reglementary periods during community quarantine, rescheduling canceled proceedings post-quarantine, justifications for non-compliance from quarantined areas, suspending deadlines for monetary obligations and document submissions, and moving timelines for benefit releases.
