Duterte: Muslims in Mindanao hesitant to get vaccinated

Governor Sakur Tan informed Duterte that vaccine resistance has decreased among some Tausug groups.

Despite this progress, Duterte acknowledged ongoing resistance in Mindanao and expressed concern over low vaccination rates.
