Donny Pangilinan volunteers at Urban Chick for Typhoon Carina victims

Actor Donny Pangilinan joined relief efforts for victims of Typhoon Carina and habagat, volunteering at Urban Chick in Quezon City where he prepared meals.

Photos and videos shared on Angat Buhay's Instagram page and his own Instagram Stories show Donny scooping porridge and pouring it into bowls as part of his volunteer work.

Angat Buhay, a non-government organization chaired by former Vice President Leni Robredo, is actively seeking volunteers to help pack relief goods and provide assistance to typhoon victims.

On Friday, July 26, Donny commended kitchen personnel for their continuous efforts in providing food, with over 7,000 meals prepared so far.

Metro Manila was placed under a state of calamity due to the impact of habagat enhanced by Super Typhoon Carina, prompting numerous celebrities including Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes to join in relief efforts.
