DOJ main office free of active COVID cases

The Department of Justice (DOJ) main office in Manila has no active cases of COVID-19 as of August 5, with all 80 employees who contracted the virus this year having recovered.

As of August 4, 98 DOJ employees have tested positive for COVID-19 since the start of the pandemic, resulting in two deaths.

A total of 445 main office employees are fully vaccinated while 184 have received their first dose.

During the enhanced community quarantine period from August 6 to 20, DOJ personnel will work from home with a skeleton staff remaining on-site to handle document intake.

The DOJ and National Prosecution Service (NPS) offices in Metro Manila will continue operations under flexible working arrangements unless instructed otherwise by Malacañang.
