DOH logs 3,442 new COVID-19 cases from June 19 to 25

The Department of Health (DOH) recorded 3,442 new COVID-19 cases in the Philippines from June 19 to 25, marking a 20% decrease from the previous week's 4,281 cases.

The daily average dropped to 592 cases compared to 612 cases the prior week.

Of these infections, 37 were classified as severe or critical, representing a 32% reduction from the previous week’s 54 cases.

No deaths were reported during this period and ICU bed utilization decreased to 13%, while non-ICU bed utilization was at 17.7%.

As of June 25, the country's total COVID-19 caseload stood at 4,162,752 cases with 8,244 active cases and 4,088,026 recoveries.
