3 more test positive for Covid-19 in Davao Region

Three more patients tested positive for Covid-19 in Davao Region, bringing the total to six cases.

The new cases include two men who recently traveled to Manila and a 50-year-old man with travel history to Manila, Palawan, and Cebu.

Health teams are conducting extensive contact tracing on all individuals who interacted with these patients.

Davao Region's first confirmed patient (PH130) has recovered and was discharged from the Davao Regional Medical Center in Tagum City.

The DOH-11 reported six PUI deaths, two of whom died while waiting for test results.

As of Tuesday, there are 127 PUIs in the region, with 62 admitted and 59 discharged.
