DOH: 82.7% of 22,958 Covid-19 tests negative

As of Monday, April 6, a total of 22,958 coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) tests have been conducted in the Philippines.

Out of these tests, 82.7% were negative and 16.9% were positive.

Health Undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire clarified that the number of positive cases includes repeat tests for patients who already tested positive.

The actual number of unique individuals tested was not specified but over 19,000 people had undergone testing as of Sunday.
