DOH: 3.5M vaccinated in Bakunahan III

The Department of Health (DOH) reported that nearly 3.5 million people were vaccinated during the third phase of the 'Bayanihan, Bakunahan' drive from February 10 to 18.

While falling short of the five million target, DOH undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire said the achievement is significant in battling the pandemic.

Vergeire added that the government will continue to ramp up vaccination efforts and may implement strategies such as bringing vaccines closer to communities.
