DILG: Parañaque mayor must explain actor's vaccine jump-the-queue

The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) will issue a show-cause order to Parañaque Mayor Edwin Olivarez over actor Mark Anthony Fernandez and a city councilor receiving COVID-19 vaccines ahead of frontliners.

Undersecretary Epimaco Densing III stated that it is Olivarez's responsibility to ensure the vaccination plan is followed in his jurisdiction, emphasizing the need to prioritize frontline workers.
