Miss Universe Philippines 2024 Michelle Dee concludes seven-year pageant journey

Miss Universe Philippines 2024 Michelle Dee concluded her seven-year pageant journey with a final walk during the coronation night on Wednesday, May 22.

In an Instagram post earlier in the week, Michelle participated in the 'Piliin Mo Ang Pilipinas' trend and stood in front of the SM Mall of Asia globe, saying 'Hello Filipinas!' instead of her usual 'Hello Universe'.

During the event, Dee expressed gratitude to her family, court, MUPH organization, and supporters, emphasizing that the crown is a symbol of triumph but it's the lives touched that truly make a difference.

Michelle won the Miss Universe Philippines title in May 2023 during her second attempt at the competition. She finished as part of the Top 10 in Miss Universe 2023 and received several special awards, including Best in National Costume and Voice for Change gold winner.

In her final walk, Michelle wore her Miss Universe 2023 evening gown to pay tribute to her pageant journey and thank everyone for their support.

Dee also highlighted her role as a Department of Tourism ambassador and her participation in the DOT's Philippine Experience Program to showcase Filipino heritage, arts, and culture.
