Mati City launches 3-day campaign to educate residents on Covid-19 vaccination

Mati City in Davao Oriental is conducting a three-day information campaign starting Wednesday to educate residents about the importance and safety of the Covid-19 vaccine.

The city aims to convince its residents to support the government's vaccination program by addressing concerns and providing accurate information.

Priority groups include front-liners, senior citizens, and families in the lowest income bracket.

Councilor Pamela Librado emphasized the need for education campaigns to boost public confidence in vaccines amid vaccine hesitancy.

Librado called on the government and media to collaborate in spreading correct information and urged individuals to be cautious about misinformation.
