Comelec halts voter cert issuance Sept 27-30

The Commission on Elections (Comelec) announced that it will halt the issuance of voter's certifications from September 27 to 30 in all Offices of the Election Officer (OEO) across the country.

This move aims to direct all of Comelec’s resources towards handling the anticipated surge in last-minute voter registrations before the deadline.

While OEOs will not issue certifications during this period, registered voters can still obtain a certification from Comelec's national central file division satellite office located at FEMII Building in Intramuros, Manila.
