PAGASA: Isolated rain showers to persist Wednesday

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms are expected across the Philippines on Wednesday.

Tropical Depression Carina has weakened into a low-pressure area (LPA) and is forecasted to dissipate within 12 to 24 hours, posing no threat of heavy rains.

Light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas will prevail throughout the country.
