PAGASA forecasts isolated rains, LPA to cause Northern Luzon downpours

PAGASA forecasts partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers over the archipelago due to localized thunderstorms.

Southern Mindanao will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers mostly in the afternoon or evening due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ), with potential for flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Metro Manila and other parts of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers, also due to localized thunderstorms.

A low pressure area (LPA) located east of Tuguegarao City is expected to bring rains over Northern Luzon on Monday or Tuesday.
