PAGASA forecasts scattered rains, thunderstorms for Caraga, Davao

PAGASA forecasts cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms for Caraga and Davao due to easterly winds on Thursday, April 23.

There is a possibility of flash floods or landslides in these regions due to heavy rains.

Batanes and the Babuyan Group of Islands will have isolated light rains while Metro Manila and other parts of the country will experience partly cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers.

A frontal system affecting northern Luzon will cause cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Cagayan Valley Region and Aurora province, while moderate to strong winds are expected in the northern and eastern sections of Northern Luzon.
