PAGASA forecasts isolated rains over Luzon, Visayas

PAGASA forecasts isolated light rains over Luzon and Visayas on Monday due to northeasterly windflow.

Batanes and Cagayan will have cloudy skies with isolated light rains, while Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon and Visayas will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

Mindanao will see partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms, with potential for flash floods during severe storms.

PAGASA is monitoring a low pressure area located east northeast of Batanes.

Moderate winds and rough coastal waters are expected in extreme Northern Luzon, while light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas will prevail elsewhere.
