House passes 'Better Normal' bill

The House of Representatives passed the 'Better Normal for the Workplace, Communities and Public Spaces Act' on Monday with 242 votes.

The bill mandates health measures such as mask-wearing, physical distancing, temperature checks, and handwashing stations in public areas.

It also requires critical LGUs to set up testing centers and purchase necessary equipment for mass testing.
