Cagayan, Apayao, Benguet placed under MECQ

Cagayan, Apayao, and Benguet have been placed under modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ) from May 10 to 23 due to rising coronavirus cases.

Baguio City will remain under general community quarantine despite being in Benguet province.

The decision was made by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases following an increase in active cases and hospital capacity concerns.
