Two Central Luzon mayors test positive for Covid-19

Two mayors in Central Luzon have tested positive for Covid-19 recently.

In Pampanga, Magalang town mayor Romulo Pecson announced his positive test result on Thursday and is isolating himself while continuing remote duties.

Tarlac's Capas town mayor Reynaldo Catacutan also tested positive on Tuesday after acquiring the virus from daily interactions with constituents.

Both mayors have expressed their gratitude for public support and prayers, with Catacutan's office temporarily closing for disinfection.
