Albay requires self-quarantine for out-of-province travelers

Albay Governor Al Francis Bichara has required residents who traveled outside Albay or the Bicol region to undergo a 14-day self-quarantine as part of an executive order issued on March 12.

The order mandates that travelers report to barangay health workers upon arrival and stay within their barangays during quarantine.

Barangay officials are tasked with monitoring these individuals' health conditions and movements.
