PNP intercepts 15 with fake COVID-19 test results

The Philippine National Police (PNP) intercepted 15 individuals at Ninoy Aquino International Airport who were using fake COVID-19 test results to travel from Manila, which is under ECQ, to Davao and Zamboanga.

These travelers will face charges for falsification of public documents and violation of RA 11332, the Mandatory Reporting of Notifiable Diseases Act, with penalties including fines up to PHP50,000 and imprisonment from one month to six months.
