Filipinos abroad with COVID-19 rise to 11,719

As of Wednesday, December 2, the number of Filipinos abroad with COVID-19 increased to 11,719 after reporting 11 new cases.

The total recovery count stands at 7,545 following six additional recoveries, while the death toll remains unchanged at 847.

Currently, 3,327 Filipino nationals are still receiving treatment for the illness.

In Asia and the Pacific region, there have been 1,932 cases with 563 active cases, 1,360 recoveries, and nine deaths.

In the Middle East or Africa, a total of 7,544 Filipino nationals have tested positive for COVID-19, including 2,334 active cases, 4,657 recoveries, and 553 fatalities.
