NDRRMC: Rolly death toll at 20, injuries rise to 74

As of Wednesday, November 4, the death toll from Super Typhoon Rolly (Goni) is 20, with three people still missing.

The majority of fatalities were in the Bicol region, while injuries rose to 74 across CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, and Bicol.

Over 532,794 families or 2.1 million individuals were affected by Rolly, with 142,475 families currently in evacuation centers.

Infrastructure damage is extensive, with 20 roads and six bridges still impassable in several regions.
