1,905 Pinoys abroad test positive for coronavirus

As of May 6, 1,905 Filipinos overseas have tested positive for coronavirus, with one new death reported in the Americas.

The total number of recoveries is now at 523 while 1,167 are still undergoing treatment.

Cases are spread across 46 countries: Asia Pacific has 376 cases (2 deaths), Europe has 580 cases (73 deaths), Middle East has 424 cases (19 deaths).

The DFA urges affected Filipinos to contact their nearest Philippine embassy or consulate for assistance.
