PNP reports 11,218 COVID-19 cases

As of Thursday, February 25, the number of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) cases within the Philippine National Police (PNP) increased to 11,218 with 42 new infections.

The total recoveries rose to 10,717 after 32 more personnel recovered from the illness, while the death toll remained at 31.

There are currently 470 active cases within the PNP.

On February 22, the number of COVID-19 cases in the PNP was reported to be 11,083 with an additional 29 personnel testing positive for the illness and recoveries increasing to 10,618 after 39 officers recovered.
