2 PUIs in Tarlac die before test results

Two persons under investigation (PUI) for possible COVID-19 infection in Tarlac province have died before their test results were released.

Tarlac Governor Susan Yap said both individuals, who were admitted to hospitals on Monday, had preexisting illnesses and one was a bus driver from Metro Manila who returned home early due to the impending community quarantine.

The governor added that health protocols require swab testing for anyone showing symptoms like difficulty breathing.
