Anti-drug ops net 24 suspects, PHP26M drugs, 11 firearms

Anti-illegal drug operatives in Rizal province, Cavite, Laguna, Quezon, and Pampanga arrested eleven suspected traffickers, seizing over PHP5 million worth of shabu and six illegal firearms.

In addition, five suspects were arrested and confiscated PHP14 million worth of shabu in Manila, Caloocan City, and Pampanga province.

In Dasmariñas City, Cavite, police arrested 'Jessica' and 'Judy', who sold P500 worth of meth to an undercover officer, confiscating three sachets weighing 20 grams valued at PHP136,700 and a .9mm pistol with two bullets.

In Magalang, Pampanga, high-value suspect 'Ben' was arrested for attempting to sell illegal drugs, resulting in the confiscation of 410 grams of shabu worth PHP2.8 million.

In Caloocan City, three suspects were arrested by Northern Police District-District Drug Enforcement Unit (NPD-DEU) and PDEA, seizing 1,170 grams of shabu worth PHP7.96 million.

In Manila, police also confiscated 500 grams of shabu worth PHP3.4 million from suspect 'Salik'.
