Several flights canceled due to bad weather

Several flights were canceled on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, due to unfavorable weather conditions.

The Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) announced the cancellations as of 12:44 p.m. and advised passengers to check airline websites for flight status.

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines canceled its Taipei-Manila-Taipei route (KL 807/808).

PAL Express canceled multiple domestic flights to destinations including Bacolod, Cagayan De Oro, Busuanga, Davao, Cebu, and Iloilo.

Cebgo canceled numerous domestic routes, including those to San Jose, Naga, Masbate, Siargao, Busuanga, and Legazpi.

Cebu Pacific also canceled domestic flights to various destinations such as Laoag, Caticlan, Tuguegarao, Tacloban, Cauayan, Tagbilaran, Iloilo, General Santos, Zamboanga, Dipolog, Legazpi, Puerto Princesa, Cebu, Bacolod, Butuan, Pagadian, and Kalibo, as well as Roxas.

Cebu Pacific also canceled its Manila-Taipei flights (5J 310, 5J 312/313).
