TS Ramil suspends sea travel in 12 Calabarzon ports; 90 passengers stranded in Quezon

In addition to the stranded individuals, six vessels and 887 rolling cargoes were also affected in these regions.

Furthermore, 20 vessels and 14 motorbancas have sought shelter due to the weather conditions.
