Suspect killed in Pangasinan drug sting
A drug suspect identified only as "Dupax" was killed in an armed encounter with the Philippine National Police Drug Enforcement Group (PNP DEG) in Urdaneta City, Pangasinan.
The operation on Tuesday evening yielded 40 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated standard drug price of P272,000 and other non-drug evidence.
Although the suspect was taken to the Urdaneta City District Hospital for medical treatment, he was pronounced dead by the attending physician.
