Shear line to bring scattered rain showers over Bicol, Eastern Visayas

The shear line is expected to bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and isolated thunderstorms over the Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Marinduque, and Romblon, according to PAGASA.

These areas may experience moderate to heavy rainfall, potentially leading to flash floods or landslides.

The northeast monsoon will cause light rains in Cagayan Valley and Aurora, and affect Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.

Other parts of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies.

Winds will be moderate to strong with moderate to rough coastal waters in Northern Luzon, and moderate conditions in the eastern sections of Central Luzon, Southern Luzon, and Visayas.

PAGASA has not detected any low-pressure areas within or outside the Philippine area of responsibility.
