Shear line, Amihan to bring rains across PH

The shear line and the northeast monsoon will continue to bring cloudy skies and rains to various parts of the Philippines.

Areas including the Visayas, Bicol Region, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, and Aurora may experience scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms, with a warning for potential flash floods or landslides.

Metro Manila, Cagayan Valley, the Cordillera Administrative Region, and the rest of Central Luzon will also see cloudy skies with rains due to the northeast monsoon.

The rest of Luzon can expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

In Mindanao, Caraga and Davao Region are forecasted to have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the Easterlies.

Strong to gale-force winds with rough to very rough seas are expected over Northern Luzon, Central Luzon, the eastern sections of Southern Luzon, and the Visayas.

Moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough seas will prevail over the rest of Luzon and the Visayas, while Mindanao will experience light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters.

Temperatures over the next 24 hours will range from 24.3°C to 29.8°C.
