Marcoses, Dutertes, and senatorial bets cast votes in national elections

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., his mother Imelda Marcos, and sister Irene Marcos cast their votes in Batac City, Ilocos Norte.

Vice President Sara Duterte voted in Davao City and stated she was ready for any outcome of her impeachment trial.

Senatorial candidates Gregorio Honasan, Lito Lapid, and Ben Tulfo were among those who voted early.

Other senatorial bets who cast their votes early include Panfilo Lacson, Ariel Querubin, Bong Revilla, Manny Pacquiao, Tito Sotto, Camille Villar, Erwin Tulfo, and Willie Revillame.

Sen. Cynthia Villar and her husband, former Senate President Manny Villar, also voted during the early hours.

More than 68 million Filipinos are eligible to cast their votes in the national and local elections.

Lito Lapid stated this would be his final term in the Senate and expressed interest in returning to the show 'FPJ's Batang Quiapo'.
