The facility will be staffed by three doctors and 50 nurses from the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and Philippine National Police (PNP) medical services to care for patients with mild symptoms.
The retrofitted complex includes air-conditioned cubicles, free food and Internet for patients and frontliners, and 24/7 monitoring by AFP and PNP medical personnel.
