PNP monitors dwindling Duterte supporters at EDSA Shrine

The Philippine National Police (PNP) is monitoring the EDSA Shrine, where the number of Duterte family supporters has dwindled to around 20 individuals.

PNP spokesperson Police Brigadier General Jean Fajardo stated that no untoward incidents have occurred since the gatherings began on Tuesday, November 26.

Approximately 200 PNP personnel are maintaining surveillance over the remaining rallyists.

Supporters held a program until 1 a.m. to express their support for Vice President Sara Duterte and former President Rodrigo Duterte regarding recent national events.

The PNP has warned that it will intervene if the gathering causes significant traffic disruptions.

Police have released a video alleging some supporters were offered money to participate, claims that some supporters have denied.
