Suspected ‘mastermind, accomplices’ in Anson Que kidnap-slay case

David Tan Liao surrendered after two Filipino suspects, Raymart Catequista and Richardo Garcia, were arrested in Palawan.
Wenli Gong alias Kelly Tan Lim was identified by the arrested suspects as the one who negotiated with Que's family using the victim's phone and was used as bait to lure Que and his driver to a meeting.
General Marbil indicated that the identified suspects are part of a larger syndicate.
