PITX expects sold out bus tickets by Oct 30 ahead of Undas travel

The Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) anticipates most bus tickets to be sold out by October 30 as Filipinos travel out of Metro Manila for Undas 2025.

PITX Senior Corporate Affairs Officer Kolyn Calbasa stated that some trips are already fully booked and expects this to continue before October 30.

An estimated 180,000 passengers per day are expected from October 27 until November 5, with 188,000 foot traffic recorded on October 27.

Various measures have been implemented at PITX to ensure public safety, including the deployment of at least 45 police officers.

PITX officials also held inter-agency meetings with the Department of Transportation (DoTr), Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB), and Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA).

Passengers are advised to purchase tickets only from authorized sellers online or at official ticket booths within PITX.

Travelers are encouraged to pack light to ease entry into the terminal, as security guards will be checking items, especially boxes.
