Ordiales eager to seize Alas Pilipinas opportunity

Leo Ordiales, a 22-year-old emerging opposite spiker, is determined to seize any opportunity presented to him as part of the Alas Pilipinas men's volleyball team.

He views his inclusion in the 21-man pool as a significant achievement and is prepared to contribute regardless of his role on the court.

Ordiales, recognized for his Best Opposite Spiker award in the SEA V-League, values the chance to learn from seasoned players like Bryan Bagunas, Marck Espejo, and Steven Rotter.

The young athlete expressed immense gratitude for the opportunity, recognizing the rarity of such a chance among aspiring volleyball players in the Philippines.

If selected for the final 14-man roster, Ordiales vows to give his absolute best effort in the upcoming FIVB Men's Volleyball World Championship Philippines 2025, which will be held from September 12 to 28 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena and Smart Araneta Coliseum.
