Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms as a result of the easterlies.

PAGASA is not monitoring any low pressure areas for tropical cyclone formation as of 2 a.m. Wednesday.

Small mariners are cautioned about potentially rough sea conditions due to possible offshore thunderstorms, though no gale warning is in effect.
