NBI confirms suspended mayor's brother has same fingerprints as Chinese national

The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) has confirmed that suspended Bamban Mayor Alice Guo's brother, Wesley Leal Guo, shares the same fingerprints as Chinese citizen Guo Xiang Dan, as reported by Senator Sherwin Gatchalian.

Senator Gatchalian stated that the fingerprint match was conducted by the NBI using records from the Board of Investments and NBI biometric data.

Gatchalian presented copies of Wesley's Philippine passport and Guo Xiang Dan's Chinese passport, both obtained through the Guo family's Special Investor's Resident Visa (SIRV).

Guo Xiang Dan reportedly arrived in the Philippines in 1999 and was identified as the dependent son of Lin Wen Yi, who is also listed as the mother of Guo Hua Ping in her SIRV.

The NBI had previously confirmed that Guo Hua Ping and Mayor Alice Guo are the same individual.

Wesley Leal Guo is also an incorporator of CDAG Reality Corporation, a company where Alice Guo holds the majority ownership.

Additionally, Senator Gatchalian revealed that Guo Xiang Dan currently possesses a Chinese passport valid until 2025.
