If sufficient grounds are found, Mayor Guo's deputization and privileges to oversee the local police force will be revoked.
Philippine National Police (PNP) spokesperson Col. Jean Fajardo stated that revoking Guo's deputization power will not affect the authority and functions of the town's local police.
