LPA enters PAR, may become Tropical Cyclone Nika

Light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas are expected nationwide.

Meanwhile, Typhoon Yinxing, located outside PAR, has maximum sustained winds of 155 km/h and gustiness of up to 190 km/h, moving west-northwestward at 20 kph.
